Ugly WIP. Ahaha.. This is just a deviation because I never upload anything anymore. This was my heartbreak art that I did, when I found out "the news". There's only one person on DA who knows what I'm talking about. heh..
Any who... I'll color later because...I keep forgetting how to layer when coloring.
I think I have a hint of what the "bad news" may be. But ya, the layering thing it helps to have the tab out for it and you can name the layers. (I make all my layers transparent) I usually make a seperate outline layer and do the outline. Then I do a color layer with just the base color that goes under the outline. then I add a texture/shading layer above colors.
Idk, whenever I stop being a lazy ass I will make a tutorial.

Lol I noticed that tutorial, boo-hoo it didn't help. To be more specific like, after you make a new layer, how do you get it so that when you color the alpha channel, that it is actually under the lineart? You told me before, like how to do everything but i can't remember where...so I suggest you give it to me in a note. xD
Ya, Im not to fond of bending over backwards to impress a guy, to see them smile, to try and get an ounce of love in return, even a hint of admiration either. It sucks ass.

Well, you dont need to alpha channel the layers. You can set them to be transparent. And to get it under the lineart I will upload a scrap with a screenshot of how to open the layers tab. Once you have the layers box open you can click and drag the different layers.

That's not why I'm sad. xD But I never tried to get Seth to like me. He was too...much of an average guy? I don't know how to say it, but I felt I didn't have to try and impress him... Thing is, he liked me, never asked me out, and I just. stopped. Don't know what you got till it's gone, rightttt?
Hmm...still a bit off. Sorry for killing you. I'll tell you what I mean. Okay, on the top toolbar, I click "Layers" and make a new layer transparent. Then, I go to "stack", which is where I get stuck. I know how to make a layer, but from there on, I'm confused at actually getting color to go under the line art, not color over it. And I'm pretty sure you choose something from the "stack" choice (but idk which to pick!), then go to "Color alpha channel" and click okay.. Hope that helps you..
